There are many performances by this fountains such as dancing, concerts, and much more. The park and lake is based on the symmetries of the desert flower, Hymenocallis. The park has six water spots, gardens, walkways lined with palm trees, and in the center of the park around the base of the building is what's called the water room, which is just a series water jet fountains and pools. Dome of the Rock Temple: Located in Jerusalem, Israel, the Dome of the Rock Temple is a beautiful shrine that can be seen from anywhere in Jerusalem. Built in the 7th century, The Some of the Rock enshrines the rock where it is believed Muhammad ascended to heaven. It is the oldest Islamic monument, even though different religions have different beliefs about it. Jews believe that the Dome is where Abraham prepared to sacrifice Isaac, and many others believe it is directly over the Holy of Holies of both Solomon's Temple and Herod's Temple. Outside on the octagonal shape, beautiful Turkish tiles and verses from The Koran in Arabic line the walls. Inside, the Dome of the Rock is an octagon, just like the outer shape and features intricate floral decorations in red, gold, and green along with inscriptions commemorating great leaders. Mosaic artwork shows themes and plants, but no people since Muslim law forbids representation of living beings in art. In the center of the shrine, the sacred rock stands. If you love architecture, religious history, or simply want to appreciate a beautiful place, the Dome of the Rock is a great choice for you to visit.

Water issue in the middle east
By nicole kerrigaN
The Middle East, being a hot, dry, desert-like terrain, has one of the most serious water instability issues in the world, and many think it will become a bigger conflict in the future. About thirteen years ago during the summer, the Sea of Galilee's water level went below the dager level where salt water may may cause damage to the environment and the lake's supplies. The main area of conflict is the region of Palestine. Many experts are worried about this not only because of the environment, but because they know that water will be a topic of future conflicts, and possibly even future wars. Right now, the lack of water is causing problems for food sources too, and many people don't have enough water to plant as many crops as they used to, and they are raising less animals because they don't have enough water for them. Water prices are rising quickly, and it might not be affordable in the near future. Right now, many countries rely on desalination, but they cost a lot of money and energy to run, and they can create health problems for people since it gets rid of calcium in the water, which humans need a little bit of. Also, the salt taken out of the water is put back into the ocean, and it can hurt the environment. As water is used over and over again for various things, it lowers the water quality, causing health issues. Many are trying to work something out to avoid future conflicts, but it is hard since many countries have high tensions between each other. So far, governments in the UN and Middle Eastern countries have worked on improving irrigation so it uses less water, building underground dams, and storing more rainwater. However, something needs to be done, and quickly, to make sure that this does not become a story we hear about more often because it has started wars.
